    Let me tell you...there is nothing strange about this delish dish! I love it so much, and could and will eat it often. It was indeed a pleasure to put together, and all the tastes just go together perfectly. I adore the dressing! Absolutely marries precisely to the salad ingredients. The only change was not having chicken, so I baked some chicken fingers, and used that instead. Just a glorious salad, one that you will be eating time and time again. Great recipe, my PAC baby. Fall 2011.
