Big Boy’s Blue Cheese Dressing, This is a copycat recipe found at Hungry Monster Com , I don’t use the onion powder or mixer Double up on blue cheese crumbles, I’ve made this twice With a couple of tweaks it is pretty close to Bob’s First, Bob’s definitely has coarse-ground black pepper in it Easy fix Also, Bob’s dressing is not smooth?it has chunks of blue cheese in it I increased the crumbled blue cheese to 6 ounces and blended half in, then added the remaining 3 ounces at the end Pretty darned close
