    Chai Tea Cupcakes, Found this one in a magazine and thought that it was an interesting adult recipe for cupcakes , Quick question should use a liquid mix of a dry mix for the chai What would you guys recommend?, These are pretty good cupcakes The tip about filling the mini liners worked like a charm We too thought the cocoa was a bit too much, but I really like the idea We made a buttercream frosting instead of the cream cheese I also like the idea of making them into a vanilla chai flavor Made and Reviewed for Comfort Cafe – Tea for Two – Thanks! 🙂

    Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees.

    Combine Flour, Chai Mix, Cocoa, Baking Powder and Salt and Whisk Together.

    Add Eggs One at a Time and Beat Well.

    on Low Speed, Alternate Adding Flour and Milk Into the Creamed Butter Mixture and Beat.

    Fill Cupcake Cups With Batter 3/4 Full.
