3 eggs (or as called for by your cake mix)
1/3 cup oil (or as called for by your cake mix)
1 1/3 cups water (or as called for by your cake mix)
1/2 cup butter
8 ounces cream cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 cups confectioners' sugar

I found this recipe in one of my favorite recipe books The Cake Mix Doctor It was fabulous and so easy to make used reduced fat cream cheese and baked for exactly 45 minutes It was perfect and quickly becoming a family favorite!!

    Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees F.

    Grease a Cake Tin.

    Cover the Bottom of the Cake Tin With the Chopped Pecans and Flaked Coconut.

    Prepare Cake Mix as Per Package Instructions.

    Pour Over the Chopped Pecans and Flaked Coconut.

    Melt Butter.

    Add to It the Cream Cheese, Extract and Confectione's Sugar.

    Stir Well, and Then Pour Over the Cake Bottom.

    Bake For 40-45 Minutes or Until Done.

    Please Bear in Mind That One Cannot Test For Doneness as the Cake Will Appear Sticky Even When Done.
