    Flake the Salmon Into a Medium Bowl. Add Cream Cheese, 1/8 - 1/4 T Liquid Smoke, 1 or 2 T Horseradish and 1 T Lemon Juice. Mix Well. Cover W/Plasice Wrap, Refrigerate Overnight. Serve With Crackers.
