    Mix Together the Eggs and Water, Set Aside.

    One at a Time, Dip Mozarella Slices Into the Egg Mixture, Then the Breadcrumbs, Then the Flour.

    Fry Sticks at 375 F Until Golden Brown and Serve With Desired Dipping Sauce.
