Dried Cranberry Salsa

Features:
    Cuisine:

Made 2 small changes when preparing this salsa ~ used a rounded 1/3 cup of dried cranberries (we love those buggers) & cut the amount of jalapeno back to about 1/3 of a chili! Other than that, though, the recipe was followed & the salsa is wonderful! We had it with a pork salad sandwich & look forward to topping other meats with it! Thanks for a great recipe!
