Easy Stir Fry Sauce, A basic stir fry sauce that I’ve been using for years I got the recipe from my mother, but I don’t know where she got it from I make no claim to authenticity , Out of our family of six, there are three picky eaters and everyone loved this sauce I don’t care for ginger so I left that one ingredient out , It was okay Seems to be missing something but I can’t put my finger on exactly what I added fresh Ginger, sesame oil and hot pepper flakes and none of that seem seemed to do the trick But all in all if you’re in a pinch this will be fine to use But if you don’t like it to sweet cut back on the sugar
