    Homemade Ponzu Sauce, A decent substitution for the real thing , Excellent used half lime, half lemon juice, white wine and added a sprinkle of ground ginger to soften the tartness I served it with green onions and crushed pepper flakes as a dipping sauce for pot stickers , used OJ too instead of lemon or lime and subbed seasoned rice vinegar for both the mirin and plain rice vinegar and used honey instead of sugar
