How To Make A Texas Roadhouse

Features:
    Cuisine:

Since I don't like horseradish (and plenty of people don't) I thought I would offer up an alternative that even picky kids usually love: 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1/2 cup ketchup 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp garlic salt 1/2 tsp black pepper Just mix together & Voila! You can double or triple as needed. Awesome on chicken nuggets/fingers, too. Note - I read somewhere, but have to find it again to be able to try it - that you can soak the onion in, I think, cold water for a time after it's been cut to help it to open better and get more batter/flour between the petals. I have no recollection of how long you were supposed to soak. Maybe someone else has seen it, heard of it, tried it and could share?
