Kimchee Dip

Features:
    Cuisine:

I love Korean food and make it often. But, Kim chee dip? This I had to try. I tasted this while I was blending and decided I like a bit of soy sauce (1 1/2 tsp) and sesame seeds (1 tsp) added and this dip came out awfully good. I topped it with some kari kari ume which is crunchy pickled Japanese ume. Thank you Rita for posting this simple, but delish recipe!
