Whatever meat you use, will need to be properly prepared and smoked FIRST (way to detailed to go into here). This stuff is just a sweet sauce which would be used to mask whatever food that's under it. PASS>

I also didnt add the liquid smoke nor celery seeds bc I didnt have either in my pantry I love the overall flavor though Not sure what to reduce next time, the chili powder? Slathering it on ribs now!

    Combine All the Ingredients Except For Oil.

    Bring to a Low Boil, Stirring Often.

    Using a Splatter Screen, Reduce Heat and Simmer For 25 Minutes, Stirring Occasionally.

    Remove from Heat and Whisk in Oil Until Blended.
