    I havent made this in a while so I was happy when I was reminded about this recipe and put it back on rotation for you all to try. Its great with Roasted String Beans or Roasted Cauliflower and a salad on the side. Hope you enjoy!

    Heat a Large Nonstick Frying Pan on Medium Heat. Addthe Butter and Olive Oil.

    When Butter Melts, Add the Cutlets and Cook About 6 Minutes on Each Side, Until Golden Brown and Cooked Through. Serve With Lemon Wedges.
