    i am an extreme couponer, and have like 30 packets of taco seasoning mix that i got for 25cents each, and i also love chicken enchiladas, but hate canned enchilada sauce because it tastes metallic. . . so just out of curiosity, i googled taco seasoning mix and enchilada sauce, and i ended up here. i'm glad!!! at first, it seemed like it didnt have the right flavor i was aiming for, so i added chili powder to it until it got the right flavor, but this recipe is a great starting point, and im super grateful to have found it........... i wont ever buy canned again, and am glad to have a use for this taco seasoning mix, i never wouldve been able to eat that many tacos, but use a ton of enchilada sauce, for enchiladas (of course), but also for refried beans (pintos n' cheese). thank you for the recipe!!!
