Sunshine Fruit Dip, This dip can be a light, refreshing dessert too! Cook time is chill time , This was perfect for a lovely sunny febuary day – it seemed as if summer was just around the corner! It’s a good way to give plateful of fruit a nice interesting kick , I prepared this using fresh squeezed orange juice and cut back the brown sugar slightly I loathe marshmallow fluff and was soooo excited to find a wonderful fruit dip recipe that didn’t require it I served this with skewers of fresh pineapple, strawberries, kiwi and banana The kids loved it
