    Carrot & Potato Soup,Carrot and potatoes go together surprisingly well. This soup testifies to that.,Can I add water to this recipe?,Loved the idea about only puree 3/4 and leaving chunks in for the rest. I had a nice lean piece of ham in the freezer, so I chopped it in to bite size chunks and added it after adding back the puree. Cooked it for another 20 minutes. MMM MMM Good
