Country Chicken Pot Pie, , Great recipe! Had no trouble with the recipe directions as I know most EXPERIENCED cooks read the recipe through before beginning it Excellent flavor and a perfect 5 star recipe! Thanks!, I made with onions, celery, mushrooms, peas and carrots, but followed the basic crust and recipe other than the veggie substitutions, as that is what we like the best Great pot pie! To make it even faster you can buy the store bought pie crusts, rather than making your own, and use them Just make sure you let them sit out for awhile so they are easy to move to the pie, and to cut and crimp the edges This pie had no mention of how many crusts in the recipe, just in the directions People not reading the recipe before they started preparing it wouldn’t know you either have to make one or buy one, so I took off a star for unclear directions Still an excellent pie though and one I will share with my friends and family
