    Creamy Peanut Butter Frosting,This was so easy to make and tastes delicious. I was also able to use some with some red food coloring to decorate the cake. I have had it written on a piece of paper for a long time.. don’t know where I got it, but I needed to make a cake today and remembered this. This makes enough to frost and fill a two layer 9 inch cake, or frost a sheet cake.,Did you use salted or unsalted butter?,This is perfect the way it is for 2 layer cakes. When I made it for brownies and cupcakes I increased the peanut butter by 1/4 of a cup and reduce the powdered sugar by one cup to cut the sweetness I bit since the ratio of icing to take Etc is higher. It was a big hit with the adults as well as the kids. Also sprinkled M&Ms or Reese’s Pieces on them for Easter treats
