Swiss Chard Tzatziki, This is a great way to use swiss chard and a great alternative to the traditional tzatziki I found this recipe at Simply Recipes , Thanks for this recipe! I have lots of chard and this was a delicious way to use it–and so easy, too This is a keeper , Wonderful! Made for PAC fall 2007 I hate cucumbers so I’ve been looking for a new tzatziki sauce for a long time This was really great I thought I had swiss chard but on second look it was really beet greens Worked great anyway I chopped the leaves really fine in my food processor, so step one wasn’t necessary I added 2 cloves of garlic and followed the rest as written Just great flavor This will be my standard sauce Thanks!
