Crunchy Sausage Casserole

Features:
    Cuisine:

Five stars for a very easy and quick meal with flexibility to use your own bangers and soup! used a smoked and garlic sausage cut into slices with a tin of roasted pepper and tomato soup. I also added chipotle chili powder as well as normal chili powder to the casserole. We ate this for a quick and filling lunch with mushy peas - comfort food at its best thanks! Made for Aussie/NZ Recipe Swap #32 - merci! FT:-)

Crunchy Sausage Casserole, From a 1981 Southern Living edition Yummy for breakfast or dinner I prefer it without the ground beef Think ahead if you choose to refrigerate overnight You may bake this without refrigerating overnight; bake, uncovered, at 300 degrees for 20 minutes or until hot I like a little green pepper in mine too Consider using spicy sausage or adding in some cayenne and garlic Great on a breakfast buffet , From a 1981 Southern Living edition Yummy for breakfast or dinner I prefer it without the ground beef Think ahead if you choose to refrigerate overnight You may bake this without refrigerating overnight; bake, uncovered, at 300 degrees for 20 minutes or until hot I like a little green pepper in mine too Consider using spicy sausage or adding in some cayenne and garlic Great on a breakfast buffet
