Decadent Rich Chocolate Pudding Recipe

Features:
    Cuisine:

I made these yesterday and they turned out very well. used the microwave method. I put all the dry goods into a sifter and sifted them into a 2 1/2 quart CorningWare pot. I added the whole milk and did the 3 minute first heat cycle. used a vented microwave cover just in case of bubbling up. I then did the 1 minute cycles with a stir in between each. After only 2 it seemed pretty thick but I went ahead a gave it the 4 cycles called for and it did seem to maybe get a bit thicker. It does not yield as much pudding as I expected but was quite good. I put it into five 4oz. ramekins. Served them that evening for dessert with whipped cream on top. EZ to prepare and I had none of the problems as reported by some reviews. Thinking of trying almond extract instead of vanilla next time. Thanks for posting!
