      DIPS for fried item, Family recipe which goes well fried item especially chicken wings My family likes them with fried vermicelli ( fried bee hoon ), Loved it ! I adopted you for Pick-a-Chef Spring 2007 and we liked this recipe a lot At first taste there almost seemed to be not much heat, but WRONG, it kicks in with a vengance after a few seconds used dried chilies and cut the recipe down for just the two of us while we taste tested this Now that I know that both of us like it I will make more of this and keep it in a bottle in the fridge Of your three chili sauce/dip recipes I tried I personally liked this one the best as the sweetness of the chili sauce gave more of a balance to the fire of the chilies and the garlic was there too, fighting a little to be heard, but there used 3 cloves even though I cut the serving size down as we adore garlic Please see my rating system: a wonderful 4 stars Thanks!
