Easy Chocolate Cinnamon Fudge

Features:
    Cuisine:

This fudge recipe was way too sweet for me the first time I made it and I could not taste the cinnamon, which I love. And, since this recipe is made with powdered sugar, I thought the amount of vanilla was too much, plus no salt to balance the sweetness, but with a few alterations, it is now my favorite fudge recipe. So, my version is: 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, 1/4 tsp. salt and only 1/2 tsp of vanilla. I also roasted the walnuts in the oven for 6 minutes at 375. Lastly, be sure to blend all the dry ingredients with a whisk before adding the wet ingredients. My family loves it too.

Easy Chocolate Cinnamon Fudge, Yummy! No bake and much lower fat than most fudge!, This fudge recipe was way too sweet for me the first time I made it and I could not taste the cinnamon, which I love And, since this recipe is made with powdered sugar, I thought the amount of vanilla was too much, plus no salt to balance the sweetness, but with a few alterations, it is now my favorite fudge recipe So, my version is: 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp salt and only 1/2 tsp of vanilla I also roasted the walnuts in the oven for 6 minutes at 375 Lastly, be sure to blend all the dry ingredients with a whisk before adding the wet ingredients My family loves it too , I mocha-nized this recipe by substituting cold coffee for the milk used cashews for my nuts because that’s what I had on hand Instead of melting the milk and butter on the stove top, I simply nuked it in the microwave for 1 min Only difference for next time (yes, there will be a next time) will be to increase the amount of cinnamon and replace the vanilla extract with coffee extract (I didn’t have any for this time), just to kick up the flavour Hazelnuts would also be unbelievably good in this recipe I can’t believe how easy this recipe is!!! As for the taste, I just put it in the fridge, but even warm it’s very yummy (reminds me of frosting)
