Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
2 - 3 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger (or a bit of fresh minced ginger)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup soy sauce or 1/2 cup tamari soy sauce
1/4 cup cider vinegar or 1/4 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup water
1 1/2 1 1/2 cups beef broth or 1 1/2 cups chicken broth (use chicken broth if my stir fry will have chicken, etc.)

    It was okay. Seems to be missing something but I can't put my finger on exactly what. I added fresh Ginger, sesame oil and hot pepper flakes and none of that seem seemed to do the trick. But all in all if you're in a pinch this will be fine to use. But if you don't like it to sweet cut back on the sugar

    Easy Stir Fry Sauce,A basic stir fry sauce that I’ve been using for years. I got the recipe from my mother, but I don’t know where she got it from. I make no claim to authenticity.,It was okay. Seems to be missing something but I can’t put my finger on exactly what. I added fresh Ginger, sesame oil and hot pepper flakes and none of that seem seemed to do the trick. But all in all if you’re in a pinch this will be fine to use. But if you don’t like it to sweet cut back on the sugar,If there is better out there, I haven’t found yet. This sauce a huge hit with myself and 7 year old son. I did have to pick some of the alternative but it smelled and tasted so good. Thank you and I look forward to trying more of your recipes out.
