      Combine Marinade Ingredients and Pour in to a Large Plastic Zip Lock Bag.

      Add Meat.

      Place Bag in Refrigerator For 24 Hours.

      Remove Meat from Marinade.

      Sprinkle Generously With Salt.

      Bake at 300 Degrees, Covered For 2 Hours.

      Remove Meat from Pan.

      Slice Meat Against the Grain.

      Return to Pan For 1 More Hour.
