2 tablespoons water
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup onion, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup skim milk
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms

Mmmm Skinny Meatballs

    so yummy. i made these into small patties rather than meatballs so I could make meatball subs on a sandwich thin, so, I omitted the last 3 ingredients and instead used tomato sauce and provolone cheese to form the sandwich - oh so yummy...i'll definitely be making this again. Made for PAC Spring 2010

    Mmmm Skinny Meatballs, These are so yummy, and as healthy as meatballs can be!     Mix Together First 8 Ingredients.

    Roll Into Balls About 1 Inch in Diameter, and Place on a Broiler Pan.

    Bake at 350 For 15 Minutes.

    Turn Meatballs Over, and Bake For an Additional 10-15 Minutes, or Until Meatballs Are No Longer Pink in the Center.

    in a Large Pot, Mix Together Soup, Milk, Mushroom, and Heat.

    Remove Any Excess Fat from Meatballs and Soak in the Soup Gravy Until Ready to Serve.
