    Preheat the Oven to 350f. Line a Baking Sheet With Waxed Paper. Toss Potatoes and Parmesan Cheese Until Evenly Mixed. Form Mix Into Pressed Cakes on Wax Paper, About 4-Inch Rounds. Bake 15 Minutes. Cool 1 Minute. Slice Tomatoes and Mozzarella Cheese Into 1/4-Inch Rounds. Plate Tulies and Place 1 Tomato Slice on Each Tuile. Top Tomatoes With Sliced Mozzarella Rounds. Garnish With Basil. Serve.
