    Preheat the Oven to 350 Degrees F. Spoon Half of the Potatoes Into a Small Casserole or Souffle Dish. Sprinkle With Half of the Chiles & Half of the Cheese. Spoon Remaining Potatoes Over Cheese & Sprinkle With Remaining Chiles. in a Small Bowl Beat the Eggs Until Pale Yellow in Color. Pour Over Chiles & Bake For 10-15 Minutes or Until Eggs Are Set. Sprinkle With Remaining Cheese & Bake For an Additional 5 Minutes or Until Cheese Is Melted & Dip Is Heated Through. Serve With Tortilla Chips For Dipping.
