1 clove garlic
1 tablespoon pickled ginger
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon chili oil
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
salt & freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1/2 lb medium shrimp, cleaned and deveined (tails left on, about 16)
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup lime juice (from about 2 or 3 limes)
salt & freshly ground black pepper
3 large tomatoes
3 avocados, pitted,peeled,and diced into 1/4 inch pieces
