    Preheat Oven to 350f Bring a Large Pot of Lightly Salted Water to a Boil. Add Carrots and Cook Until Tender. Drain. Place Into a Large Bowl and Mash With the Melted Butter and Dry Ingredients. Add the Eggs and Vanilla and Beat With a Whisk to Blend Well.
