15 Minute Shrimp Scampi

Features:
    Cuisine:

1/2 cup of olive oil seems way too much just for sauting the vegetable especially when you're adding wine and 6 tbsp of butter. It ended up more like soup than a shrimp dish. 2 or 3 tbsp would be enough.

15 Minute Shrimp Scampi,Truly delicious seafood/pasta dish that is nearly impossible to mess up & a great stand by for rushed dinners.,1/2 cup of olive oil seems way too much just for sauting the vegetable especially when you’re adding wine and 6 tbsp of butter. It ended up more like soup than a shrimp dish. 2 or 3 tbsp would be enough.,I made this last night. It was just OK. Missing that spark that is in most restaurant servings. Too much olive oil in my opinion. I am also accustomed to most scampi recipes having some lemon so I added some lemon peel. Think I will keep looking for a scampi recipe that is a “keeper.”
