Almond Poppy Seed Muffins

Features:
    Cuisine:

I did not have oily issues others did and the texture was good. However, it didn't have a lot of flavor. It needs at least twice the amount of almond extract and at least one more tablespoon of poppy seeds. A bit of vanilla might help too. Some suggested using butter instead of oil, that might also add some flavor.
