    Ay c'mon this is a really good spicy burger. I have used this recipe so many times & it is always good. We do like spicy/chilli so I add extra of whatever I have or something to make a slight difference such as chipotles for an added smokey flavour. Whatever, this is a good burger as it is, many thanks Andrew.

    Andrew’s Spicy BBQ Burgers, This is a hamburger recipe that my partner Andrew came up with one day, just playing in the kitchen. Hope you like it as much as he does., Ay c’mon this is a really good spicy burger. I have used this recipe so many times & it is always good. We do like spicy/chilli so I add extra of whatever I have or something to make a slight difference such as chipotles for an added smokey flavour. Whatever, this is a good burger as it is, many thanks Andrew., We don’t like things too spicy at our house so I cut the curry in half used mild and used about 1/3 of the cayenne. That was just about right for us as far as the heat level, but we just didn’t really enjoy the flavor overall. Sorry, not a ‘make again’ for us.

    Mix All the Ingredients Together, Using Breadcrumbs If Required, Until the Meat Holds Together Well.

    Divide Into Four Lumps Then Gently Pack Each Burger Into Patties.

    Barbeque For 10-15 Minutes or Back in a 450f Oven For 25 Minutes Until Crispy.

    Serve in a Bun With Salad.
