Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1 1/2 cups low-fat granola cereal, such as kelloggs
1/4 cup packed brown sugar (i prefer to use 1/2 cup brown sugar. only using 1/4 cup gives a much less sweet muffin.)
1/3 cup nonfat milk
3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 egg whites
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons sugar
