This bread was absolutely terrible. Its not Irish soda bread. The first loaf was so bad I thought I missed something so I made it again and it was equally as bad. Waste of time and money. Anyone who says this bread is good is modifying the recipe.

Authentic Irish Soda Bread Bread Machine, I found this recipe in the book: Rustic European Bread. Won’t believe how wonderful this bread will taste. You will be a champ on St. Patrick’s., This bread was absolutely terrible. Its not Irish soda bread. The first loaf was so bad I thought I missed something so I made it again and it was equally as bad. Waste of time and money. Anyone who says this bread is good is modifying the recipe., I am in love with this bread!! As a baker and Chef- I work at at a 5 start Bed and Breakfast-The guests get a 4 course meal, appetizers and deserts. They loved this bread! It was the first time I made it- I made 2 loaves, 1 came out a bit under cooked inside, totally my fault and the other came out beautiful!! Thank you so much. I know this isnt “the real Irish soda bread” it sure is the closest!! Thank you so much
