Avacado Garlic Dip

Features:
    Cuisine:

I doubled the garlic, which is what I usually do with every recipe. However, I think that my garlic may have been a little on the heavy side. Next time I will try it with just 4 cloves. I also used pico from a jar. It was good, but fresh pico would have been so much better.

Avacado Garlic Dip, I was just trying to make guacamole with a lil garlic, but my boyfriend LOVES garlic so I added more It’s amazing Considering most garlic dips have a mayo/cream cheese carrier, I thought I’d share the idea of a slightly healthier way to carry the garlic flavor , I doubled the garlic, which is what I usually do with every recipe However, I think that my garlic may have been a little on the heavy side Next time I will try it with just 4 cloves I also used pico from a jar It was good, but fresh pico would have been so much better , All I can say is that this is DELICIOUS DH and I love garlic but I did use little cloves (all I had) but it still had the garlicy flavor Definately a keeper Made the homemade pico de gallo and we had this served with recipe#300679#300679, recipe#344392#344392, Spanish rice and the home made salsa Made for Spring PAC 2014
