    In a Small Saucepan (or Could Use Microwave), Combine Cream Cheese, Ranch Dressing, Swiss Cheese and Green Onion Slices. Heat Until Cheese Is Melted; Stirring Constantly Until Smooth. Place in a Small Bowl.
