Best Low Carb Coleslaw

Features:
    Cuisine:

Delicious. used 1/2 head of cabbage (could probably have used the whole thing, but wasnt sure in the moment and had already rinsed out the processor by the time I realized), a small carrot, and 1/2 med onion. Ran those through the food processor. I then made the dressing, following the recipe exactly, except used coffee mate creamer in place of cream. used Splenda as the sweetener. Light mayo. When first done, it tasted a bit sweet, but not after chilling. Love it. Printed it to put in my recipe binder. Thanks for sharing!

Give it a try It’s good with most meats, but I really like it on corned beef or hamburgers , Delicious used 1/2 head of cabbage (could probably have used the whole thing, but wasnt sure in the moment and had already rinsed out the processor by the time I realized), a small carrot, and 1/2 med onion Ran those through the food processor I then made the dressing, following the recipe exactly, except used coffee mate creamer in place of cream used Splenda as the sweetener Light mayo When first done, it tasted a bit sweet, but not after chilling Love it Printed it to put in my recipe binder Thanks for sharing!, This was delicious! The only changes I made were using only 2 Tbsp of sweetener, and substituting tsp onion powder because I had no fresh onions (can’t run out to the store on a whim right now) Stay safe and healthy, everyone!
