Betty Crocker Rancheros Casserole

Features:
    Cuisine:

I first started making this from one of my Betty Crocker pamphlet books. The tweaks I have made are: I brown my burger with chopped onion, minced garlic, cumin, adobo, and some sofrito. Once the burger is browned, use a packet of low sodium taco seasoning to sprinkle on the burger. Then use Mexican shredded cheese in place of the taco seasoned cheese.
