Bierochen German Cabbage Burgers

Features:
    Cuisine:

I had never had them till tried them when I lived in NE. I have made this in years past and made mine with homemade bread which made it even better. I couldn't believe that I was able to make them and have them turnout goood enough to eat. Yummy. Whenever you make something from scratch it always seems to taste better.

Serve with a salad and you’ve got a complete meal!, I had never had them till tried them when I lived in NE. I have made this in years past and made mine with homemade bread which made it even better. I couldn’t believe that I was able to make them and have them turnout goood enough to eat. Yummy. Whenever you make something from scratch it always seems to taste better., How long should I cook the cabbage mixture? And, how much salt/pepper should use?
