    Black Bean And Corn Salad,This has a 30 minute standing time.,Very fast to pull together for a last minute dish to take to a potluck meal. I had to use a sweet onion rather than a red onion, but followed the recipe otherwise. The flavors blended very well. I could also see adding some chick peas or cannelloni beans or pasta to it as well.
