Broiled Ham Steak With Mustard Glaze, I made these tasty Ham Steaks for New Years Day along with Hoppin’ John and sauteed cabbage. Easy, fast and good! For the ham, I could not find the regular large ham steak so used two 22 oz. packages of Hillshire Farms Brown Sugar Ham Steaks, each package had 4 thick slices of bone in ham and this worked perfectly for our family. I also doubled the amount for the glaze to accomadate the additional ham., How do I see complete recipe?, Quick and delicious! used some uncooked but fairly thinly sliced ham steaks and it worked great just using a lower shelf in the oven so it had time to cook through without burning on top.
