This was just WAY TOO EASY! I'm not one to make sweets, and candy certainly intimidates me.... but I gave these a try and they turned out perfectly! used pecans instead of walnuts, and lined the pan with tinfoil. Clean up couldn't have been easier! 5 stars for a great treat and the ease of making it!

Welfare Cookies,This is good!!! I tasted it at a party and was so surprised to learn that the base of the cookie was a saltine cracker. I haven’t made this myself, but plan to do so in the near future. Just thought I would submit it because it is so different.,This was just WAY TOO EASY!
