Buttery Yeast Rolls,These are the absolute best dinner rolls. They are light and fluffy and buttery. The dough can also be shaped in many other ways, so use your imagination. Makes awesome cinnamon rolls too!,Did you think this would be a good dough for bierocks? Thanks!,Sooooo, I am making 2 batches for Thanksgiving. As I started my second batch I just realized used bread flour on the first batch. Will they be good or should I make a third batch and skip the first batch I made? Anyone know what differences it will cause using the wrong flour?
