Cajun Chicken Alfredo,I love this pasta! It almost resembles Red Lobster’s alfredo sauce. It’s great! You can even use seafood instead or go meatless!,So glad to have this in my meal rotation. It’s qick and easy and everyone in my family of 5 loved it. used a homemade cajun seasoning blend and penne pasta. My husband and son added hot sauce to theirs. Excellent!,I added zucchini (lots of zucchini), sauteed mushrooms, and andouille sausage to this, and increased the amount of sauce and it was fantastic! The added zucchini made it a stand-alone meal, and was especially nice during summer when our garden is producing them!
