Carne Asada Marinade,A great marinade for steak!!! (You can even use it for chicken for Pollo Asada!) use skirt steak for flap meat, but any thin cut steak would work. This recipe is for up to 4 pounds of meat. Cook time does NOT include marinating time.,Followed the recipe exactly and it was a hit…no tweaking needed! I served this with street-size white corn tortillas and had a small bowl of finely chopped white onion and cilantro and a bowl of lime wedges. No leftovers! This is a keeper!,I made this per the recipe. Only added an additional lime. Marinated 3.5 lbs of flank steak for 4 hours. The flavors were wonderful. Next time I will marinate it over night, as I will enjoy a deeper flavor from the marinade. The cumin and chile powder were wonderful and not at all overpowering. The entire family scarfed up this meal!
