    Combine First 8 Ingredients in Bowl and Set Aside.

    Heat Oil in Large Pot Over Medium Heat.

    Add Onions and Saute Until Golden. Add Garlic, Bell Pepper and Seasoning Mixture and Saute For Another Minute.

    Add Remaining Ingredients and Mix Well. Bring to Boil and Then Reduce Heat and Simmer, Stirring Occasionally For at Least 15 Minutes to Let the Flavors Blend.

    Serve With Your Choice of Condiments, Such as Grated Cheese, Chopped Onions, Diced Avocado, Sliced Black Olives.
