    This was wonderful. I did the recipe exactly and as it was cooking down I added 1/2 the amount of spices again, and it was perfect. My family wanted more sauce so next time I plan to double the receipe, use three times the spices and 2 lbs of chicken. It was super tasty the next day as Indian food usually is.

    Add Water If Needed, It Should not Cover the Chicken, but Can Be Used to Keep the Dish from Burning. You Want the Dish to Be About the Consistency of Spaghetti Sauce at the End of Cooking.
