    Cod Fish Grilled in Foil,This is a red lobster copycat that I thought would be nice.,Easy and delicious. Cooked two 8 oz. pieces of scrod (cod loin) according to these directions and the fish was perfectly cooked. Will definitely make fish this way again.,Turned our great. Cooked fish on the grill in foil at 325 temp. Cooked 7 minutes, took off grill turned fish, cooked another 7 minutes. Took do grill checked fish cooked another 7 minutes. Along with fish I had several side dishes, grilled asparagus, grilled bell pepper with onion and garlic and sweet potato.

    Use Heavy Aluminum Foil Cut Into Large Squares. Place Equal Portions of the Fish Fillets on Each Piece of Foil.

    in a Saucepan, Melt Butter. Add Lemon Juice, Parsley, Salt and Pepper.

    Stir to Blend Well. Pour This Mixture Over the Fish, Sprinkle With Paprika and Top With Onion Slices.

    Fold the Foil Around the Fish and Seal.

    Grill For 5 to 7 Minutes Per Side. Fish Should Flake Easily When Done.
