2 cups fresh broccoli florets
2 1/2 cups ham, fully cooked, cubed
1 cup parmesan cheese, shredded, divided
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt, may increase to 3/4 or 1/2 teaspoon add 1/4 garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
1/4 teaspoon oregano, dried
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg, ground

    Cook Fettuccine According to Package Directions. Meanwhile, in a Saucepan, Saute Onion in Butter Until Tender. Stir in Flour Until Blended. Gradually Stir in Cream. Bring to a Boil Over Medium Heat, Stirring Constantly. Add Broccoli. Reduce Heat; Simmer Uncovered, For 7-10 Minutes or Until Broccoli Is Crisp-Tender, Stirring Occasionally.

    Stir in Ham, 1/2 Cup Parmesan, Garlic Salt, Pepper, Oregano, and Nutmeg.
